events at Hog Wild Days this June 2013
Thursday-6:00pm-
JR MR.& MISS Hog Wild Days CONTEST. All boys and girls ages 6 to 12 yrs old are
welcome to apply. Write a 50 word essay with your name, age, and phone by Monday June 14th and mail to Lions
Club, PO box 262, Hiawatha, IA. 52233.
Thursday-6:00pm-
HOG WILD DAY’S MOST FAVORITE GRANDMOTHER CONTEST.
Write a 50 word essay on "WHY IS THIS GRANDMOTHER SO SPECIAL". Please
include her name and phone and your name and phone by Monday, June 14th and mail to the
above address.
All contestants will be
notified by phone prior to Monday, June 17th.
PRIZES will be awarded to ALL and the winners
will ride in the 10:30 Hog Wild Day Parade on Saturday, June 22.
Saturday-11:00am to 1:00pm-
AFTER
PARADE PARTY. Everyone is invited who is young or young at heart.
FREE popcorn, frozen treats, face painting, tattoos, balloons, and music
in the park.
Saturday-12:00pm to 2:00pm- IOWA
KIDSIGHT. Lions Club FREE vision screening for children ages 6
months to 4 years old.
Sunday-2:30pm- PING PONG DROP.
FREE for all children 12 years old and younger. Every child wins a
prize.
